Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity in central Essex

You will be joining an experienced Quantity Surveying team who specialise in commercial projects, with their client base across London and the Home Counties. The organisation is going from strength to strength, hence looking to grow the team and are able to offer opportunities for progression.

Your new role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) you will be responsible for liaising with the client and be the main point of contact for delivering the project. Duties will include preparing cost plans and tender documentation, contract documents and monthly valuations and final accounts. You will work within a team, but will be given autonomy to work directly with clients providing an excellent all-round role.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be a senior level Quantity Surveyor and live within commutable distance of central Essex. Previous experience working with education projects is beneficial, although not essential. A full driving licence is required.
