My client is an internationally known multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. Due to an ever-expanding workload my client is looking to add to their successful Project Management team with the appointment of a Senior Project Manager to their Leeds office. Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager: Providing key technical and cost/commercial advice to clients across a variety of sectorsManaging key client accounts and winning new business through organic growth and referral opportunitiesFull compliance with all policies, legislation, regulations and proceduresReporting regularly to key stakeholders including internal teams, appointed technical partners and the clientTo take ownership for the successful delivery of projects; giving leadership and direction to the team, managing design teams, effectively communicating with all parties, identify and manage the risks, planning and progress monitoring, development of appropriate project controls Requirements of the Senior Project Manager: Minimum of 5 years Project delivery experienceFull member of an appropriate professional institution (CIOB, APM, RICS)Pre-Contract knowledge is essential with a solid understanding of NEC ContractsExperience in a variety of sectors such as Residential, Education and Commercial is necessary for this role. On offer for the Senior Project Manager: A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experienceThis position offers a competitive salary and fantastic project exposureComprehensive flexible benefits package including private healthcare and market leading pension of 10%Autonomy within the role when dealing with clients/projects
