APC/MRICS Development Monitor - North West

Are you a Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor at consultancy, but want to get more involved in Developments?

This global consultancy is looking for someone bright and ambitious from either a QS or BS background who wants to get involved in Bank Monitoring / Development Monitoring / Fund Monitoring. This is where you work closely with the client to look at the developer credentials, financing, appraisal budgets, programme, design, statutory consents, third party legal agreements, site investigations and construction commercial set up, then go on to advise on the risk involved in the proposed development, ensure the development is on budget and report on its progress.

This is a great way to gain a more holistic view of the development cycle, and there is superb career potential from there onwards as well.

You must have a few years of consultancy experience under your belt, your APC well underway or nearly complete, or maybe be recently MRICS and wondering what is next.
