Associate Director - Development Monitor - Manchester

A leading building consultancy is looking for a Development/Fund Monitor to join their Manchester office. You would be advising real estate stakeholders like funders, investors, occupiers and joint venture partners on their interests in development schemes. You'd cover the whole gamut of sectors on developments from anywhere up to £500m in value, helping your clients make investments wisely.
You'll ideally have some experience in advising on funds and developments already, though you don't need to be from a particular construction background nor chartered yet, just as long as you do have a property background and some related experience.
You'd be joining a great team of surveyors who work well together and make you feel welcome from day one.
