My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful Data Centre division.

Requirements of the M&E Quantity Surveyor:

MRICS qualified Have a proven M&E backgroundYou will ideally be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or another relevant business discipline.Proven experience of working on large complex led construction projects ( Data Centres, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Plants etc)Have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role

Role of the M&E Quantity Surveyor:

Undertake Cost Estimates / FeasibilitiesReview and agree Contractors ProposalsFinal review of Contractors cost submissions and agree contract sumCost ReportingChange ControlFinal AccountsInterim and final payments

On offer for the M&E Quantity Surveyor:

A starting salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience25 days annual leaveBUPA HealthcarePension 8% matchedLife Assurance (4x salary)Professional SubscriptionsRemote / Flexible WorkingDiscretionary Bonus Scheme
