Job Details

An established Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has long term ambitions to become a Partner of a PQS practice in Surrey.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit and sociable team of Quantity Surveyors with a flat management structure.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

To begin with, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing your own projects, providing pre and post contract services including Bills of Quantities and producing Schedules of Rates. As you settle into the role, you will have more involvement into the running of the practice.

The company work on a wide range of projects including:

  • Residential
  • Hotels
  • Leisure

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Ideally MRICS, or working towards completing
  • Comfortable running projects through their entire life cycle
  • Team player
  • Driving licence
  • Preferably from a PQS/Consultancy environment

In Return?

  • £60,000 to £70,000
