Job Details

An ambitious and fast paced Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who is eager to join a smaller practice and have more responsibility in the day to day running of a business.

Based a short walk from London Bridge, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 20 who work across an array of projects from luxury hotels, high end residential, retail, commercial and rail jobs.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have a solid pre and post contract track record and ideally be comfortable carrying out a Project Management or Contract Administration function where necessary.

  • MRICS
  • Excellent pre & post contract Knowledge
  • Client facing
  • Comfortable undertaking business development roles
  • Experience of mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors
