Residential Surveyors and Valuers
We require experienced hardworking Surveyors and Valuers who will receive a generous commission based on fee income. Successful candidates will be proactive, flexible, highly motivated and self-managing surveyors, who are able to work on their own initiative and are keen to maximise earnings.
Our minimum fee for a Building Survey Report is £1,000 plus VAT. Our Surveyors receive a fee income of 50% and can earn at least £10,000 by carrying out 20 Building Surveys in a month. This can result in an annual income of £100,000 by working for ten months and taking two full months off as annual leave.
As a self-employed consultant, you only work if, when and where you want!
Our reputation, client base and work levels have been increasing steadily over the past years. We are keen to take on additional Chartered Surveyors to help meet the growing demand for our services.
We require competent and experienced MRICS or FRICS qualified surveyors with a minimum of three years PQE to conduct surveys and valuations of residential properties in Greater London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and Berkshire.
Our Building Survey reports contain a valuation of the property hence all our Building Surveyors are required to be RICS Registered Valuers.
