Company Headcount: 40 - 60 Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor: Undertake Feasibility Studies, Design & Specification writing, Tendering & Procurement, ContractAdministration and Project Management, CDM/Principal Designer.Manage and lead a team of professionals, coordinate multiple projects in a structuredand balanced approach.Maintain the high company standards through management of the team, QualityAssurance of technical documentation, filing systems and safety practices.Motivate team members and assesses performance, maintain deadlines, communicatecompany goals and provide training / support.Provide help to management, including hiring, training requirements, and to keepmanagement updated on team performance.
