Client Side Building Surveyor

I am currently working with a leading Real Estate Investment Trust who specialise in the residential market. 

They are expanding their team and are currently looking to hire a Chartered Building Surveyor to work directly with the acquisitions, investment. and operations team. 

You will be responsible for advising the Origination and Investment Teams on the quality of housing proposed for purchase, estimating operating expenditure and whole life costs. In addition, you will oversee the entire UK wide portfolio from a technical perspective to formulate a long-term building consultancy and planned maintenance management strategy. You will also take active involvement in the delivery of portfolio wide Building Surveying advice and where required act as client representative in the delivery of capital projects. 

Successful candidates will be MRICS qualified with extensive experience within the residential sector either currently working at a consultancy or client side organisation.
