Egan Lucocq (www.eganlucocq.com) are recruiting an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful and expanding team to deliver the exciting projects we have secured. Based in London Bridge, the applicants will help grow the business and in turn will have the opportunity to thrive and develop.

You will be dealing with clients across a range of private sectors on schemes ranging in size and complexity as lead client interface. As an Associate Quantity you will work alongside the Managing Director to help with the business expansion whilst delivering the high standards we strive to achieve. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Associate and Senior Quantity Surveyors. You will be a key player in an already successful multi-disciplinary consultancy.

Our projects are located in London, the Home Counties and Overseas.

Requirements (Associate)

• MRICS in Chartered Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor
• Able to provide an efficient, collaborative, well governed service using modern management techniques to deliver our projects successfully
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to building strong working relationships at all levels
• A strategic thinker, able to convey ideas both verbally and in report form to clients, external stakeholders and team
• Understanding of contract legislation and professional liability essential
• Confident people management skills

Requirements (Senior Quantity Surveyor)

• MRICS in Chartered Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor
• Confident people management skills
• Good organisational skills & good time management
• Working collaboratively in a team
• Self-motivation
• Understanding of contract legislation and professional liability essential
