You would be working for a well established national consultancy that has a small but growing office in the heart of Bristol – current head count of 10.

You would be involved in a real mix of projects, working with some of the largest higher universities in the county, brand new sports stadiums, large commercial developments, residential developments and even high spec laboratories.

The company’s head office is in London and the fact that there is a lot of cross over between offices regarding projects it means you would have the opportunity to get involved with the larger sexier schemes but not have to live or commute into the expensive big city.

You would be expected to help on the delivery side but also build and maintain some of the strong relationships they currently have with their clients.

You would be expected to help mentor junior staff and even get involved / have a say in future recruitment to the team.

The business and office are in a fantastic place and have plans to grow over the next few years, you would have a clear pathway to Associate and you’d be given the support and opportunity to business develop if that would be of interest.

A lot of flexibility to work from home, they are currently working from home fulltime at the moment but looking to get back in 2 – 3 days a week moving forward.

Being a small but close team, they have a fantastic culture, they certainly like to enjoy a well deserved beer or two when the pubs are open!
