Property Management Director

Joshua Robert is currently working with a leading property organisation with a network of offices across the country. Due to significant growth, they are now looking to recruit a Director of Property Management to lead their Birmingham office. The role will will be responsible for managing a team of surveyors whilst delivering strategic client management.

The role will sit on the operational board of the business and will take responsibility for the portfolio team in Birmingham. The post will be varied and will include:

• Overseeing a large commercial portfolio, across office retail & industrial.
• Managing a property management team dealing with all aspects of property management.
• Asset Management.
• Managing key client relationships.

To be considered, you will need to be an experienced commercial property manager and ideally a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The role requires team management, so experience in this would also be beneficial. You must be able to manage and grow client relationships and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
