Job Details
The role will sit on the operational board of the business and will take responsibility for the portfolio team in Birmingham. The post will be varied and will include:
- Overseeing a large commercial portfolio, across office retail & industrial.
- Managing a property management team dealing with all aspects of property management.
- Asset Management.
- Managing key client relationships.
