This role will encompass all aspects of estates surveying and estates management, the role will enable the incumbent to gain experience in a wide and varied portfolio.

The key responsibilities include day to day estates management, rent reviews, options appraisals and everything in between.
There will be some expectation to assist with valuation tasks.

The salary for this role is dependant on experience, with enrolment onto the Local Government Pension Scheme, with the benefit of flexible working and a supportive management team.
