Senior Project Manager

London Consultancy

Residential Sector - specifically Student Accomodation

This role would be suitable for either an existing Senior project Manager or an experienced Construction Manager looking to make a step up into a more senior role.

The successful candidate must have experience of working on projects worth at least £70m. Student accommodation awareness is essential for this role. The successful candidate would be expected to develop the project alongside delivery.

  • Worked on £70m+ residential and student accommodation projects from inception to completion.
  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of the pre and post development plan.
  • Work closely with the construction team on the site
  • Management of projects in line with the agreed finance and production targets and reports.
  • Key client facing responsibility


  • Experience in projects in the commercial sector.
  • Residential and student accommodation experience
  • Experience running medium/large teams
  • Confident communicator
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Relevant qualifications

The salary will be between £55k - £70k dependant on level of exposure to industry and experience on similar projects.
