Leisure Surveyor

A leading, medium sized property consultancy with a global presence are currently seeking a General Practice Surveyor to join their successful Leisure team.

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to move into a multi-disciplinary team with an interest in the leisure sector.

The Leisure team are experts in the market providing specialist advisory services across all leisure sectors, on a nationwide basis. These sectors include health & fitness clubs, entertainment, restaurant and public houses. The team covers all professional services such as property management, valuation, lease consultancy, rating advisory and agency across acquisitions & disposals.

Your key responsibilities will include all aspects of general practice surveying and developing and maintaining commercially astute client relationships. You will also be involved with:
* Investment
* Due diligence
* Lease consultancy
* Valuation

The successful applicant will be MRICS qualified with 1+ post qualifying experience in commercial surveying.
