Are you looking to work on one of the most exciting projects in London?

Look no further as this scheme really does sound phenomenal and there is currently a need for a strong Associate Director level QS to sit just under the Partner to help complete it through post contact stage.

You would be working with a specific Partner in a Teir 1 consultancy, the project is the conversion of a listed property into a luxury hotel and prime residential establishment, this would include penthouse apartment suites along with a large leisure facility.

The project is at post contract stage using a JCT contract – probably 12 months left but the team has a fantastic pipeline of work with a variety of sectors and there is a clear path to directorship down the line.

The Partner is looking for someone with strong post contact experience with a track record of team management – you would be expected to manage a team of 4.

This is an office based role with regular site visits, flexibility to work from home when needed.

The Partner you would be working with is a lovely chap and has built a friendly, laid back culture therefor is keen to find the right character to fit in with his overall team of 11.
