Your new company
This international consultancy is looking to expand their housing QS team due to increased workload. They work with care home providers and national housing associations to deliver affordable housing and refurbishment programs.

Your new role
You will be managing your own workload and supporting the wider team to deliver on time and within budget. You will be acting as Employers Agent and costing up projects, ensuring systems are up to date and client relationships are maintained.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS Quantity Surveyor with a background working for construction and property consultancies, specifically in housing or care. You will have the ability to work independently and deliver results to a high standard. You may have experience supporting Graduates or developing new business.
