With your experience in property management, you’ll be hitting the ground running: joining a close-knit team, swapping concrete jungle views for something a little greener.

Your clients are a mix of high-net-worth private investors and family trusts, with a portfolio that has a bit of everything: single and multi-tenanted offices, industrial estates and retail. Working under the Head of Property Management, you’ll be responsible for managing these properties, service charge budgeting and keeping tenants happy among other things.

It would be advantageous if you have a thorough understanding of TRAMPS (preferred) or other property management systems, however this is not essential. A clean full drivers’ license is a must though.

Did someone say road trip? With properties dotted nationwide, in the great words of Willie Nelson, you will be on the road again. You might even get on a plane… consider that your post lockdown holiday.
