Our client is a trusted advisor to many, delivering project management and building consultancy services, across the commercial, retail, hotel, and high-end residential space, based in London Bridge.
The business is a small boutique led by a team of experienced partners, a handful of associates and senior/chartered building surveyors, as well as APC graduates and support staff. The partners are actively involved and work closely with the team, encouraging togetherness and a great sense of cooperation within the workplace.
The role will be project bias and will include TDD, dilapidations and pre-acquisition surveys. The culture will be working to the highest of standards within a flexible working environment, continuously raising the bar when it comes to delivery and providing professional advice.
The person we are looking for will be MRICS, have a relevant RICS accredited degree in building surveying with proven knowledge and experience in delivering project and professional duties. You will be introduced to their clients and will be expected to nurture and develop these relationships. It is imperative that you have the drive, passion, and confidence with your approach and decision makings.

You will receive a competitive package, basic salary up to £55,000 plus benefits such as healthcare, pension, cycle to work schemes and a company trip once a year to celebrate successes.
