This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Surveyor to join a leading Central London consultancy. The team currently offer strategic advice across Lease Consultancy, Agency and Valuation to both Landlords and Occupiers on Industrial portfolio's.

The Role:

Conduct and negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals and regears on behalf of landlords and tenants
Carry out property inspections
Assist with development of the industrial lease consultancy business with investors, occupiers and funds
Be a strong and effective negotiator on behalf of clients, developing long lasting relationships
Undertake valuations of industrial properties

About You:

MRICS Qualified
Technical knowledge and understanding of Landlord & Tenant negotiations
Understanding of valuing a range of property types, experience in industrial would be beneficial
Commercial understanding and awareness
IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office
Full driving licence
