Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

A boutique building surveying specialist in Central London is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their team.

My client is a dynamic consultancy who provides accurate advice across the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. The organisation undertakes exclusive projects in London and the surrounding home counties. The forward thinking practice has been growing from strength to strength, due to the increase in instructions an opportunity in the team has arisen.

This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. You will lead large schemes from inception to completion whilst delivering high levels of service and spotting business opportunities. We are looking for a competent all round Senior Building Surveyor who comes from a commercial background.

Clients: developers, financial institutions, high-net worth individuals and blue-chip corporations

About the Senior Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
