Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor

Location: London Bridge

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

A dynamic building surveying specialist is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor.

My client is an experienced consultancy who undertake projects across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. They deliver exclusive projects through from inception to completion across London and the surrounding Home Counties. Due to an increase in instructions an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team.

This is a traditional building surveying role which covers both professional and project work disciplines. The firms core services are project management, contract administration, dilapidations (tenant and landlord), schedules of condition and building surveys.

Clients: developers, financial institutes, blue-chip corporations, high net worth individuals and landlords.
