Job Details

A leading multidisciplined consultancy based in The West End, is looking for a Newly Qualified Surveyor to join its Leisure team. The role will involve giving a wide-range of specialist advice across a variety of property sectors, from Pubs and Restaurants to Trophy Assets and Health/Fitness clubs in Central London and Nationwide. 

The Role:
  • Undertake Portfolio Valuations, Agency, Property Management, Lease Consultancy and Disposal instructions
  • Build and develop long lasting commercial instructions with key clients
  • Write concise and accurate valuation reports
  • Undertake Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews
  • Conduct property inspections, as well as carrying out service charge budgeting and reconciliations
  • Provide Acquisition and Disposal advice

About You:
  • Be a recently qualified surveyor
  • Have a proven track record of undertaking a full range of professional services
  • Be well organised, communicative and have excellent time management skills
  • Be proactive in problem solving and have a expertise in developing relationships both internally and with clients
