This mixed-use London based real estate company are currently looking to recruit an Analyst within their team to support their senior executives in developing and executing key strategic initiatives across the business. This is a varied position, and the successful applicant will provide financial analysis to the Development, Finance and Strategy teams. Delivering mixed-use developments across cities within the UK our client is heavily involved in the full development cycle from identifying sites and developing designs through to asset management.

Description

Produce/maintain project specific outputs to assist in upcoming debt/equity raises. Modify and build financial models for mixed use developments. Assisting with ongoing investment appraisal of developments, assisting with the collation of information for funding partners, evaluating funding options, and other ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic planning and development of new business ventures. Advise Project Development teams on the financial impacts of changes to project assumptions.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in a real estate (or relevant) modelling role and be able to competently articulate financial outputs to audiences across the varied disciplines within the business. Bachelor or master's degree with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent and strong Excel modelling and analytical skills are also required.
