Selectsurv Chartered Surveyors carry out Valuations, Homebuyers and Building surveys in the London and surrounding areas.

What we are about

We were founded by 2 friends ( that have known each other since we were in nappies). We are based in South London, however cover most of London and North Kent and Surrey

We are an office based company so there will always be continual training and help at hand to progress your learning. We are looking for quality candidates . Please check out our 100 5 star reviews on Google to show how we are doing.

We are relaxed, we work from office and home. We do like to spend some hours together in the office per week to help each other with any problems/learning we have. We can mentor to MRICS if needed.

What you will be doing

Depending on experience will be either Valuation/Homebuyers or Building surveys. We will train the applicant to carry out Building surveys if needed, however the candidate needs to be able to carry out Homebuyers and Valuations.
