Job Details
1st Select have been retained by a national consultancy to recruit a Director of Property management for their London office.
You will be managing a central London portfolio on behalf of high net worth individuals and property companies. The portfolios are a mix of offices and retail. You will be managing a team of surveyors as well as working with the FM and accounts teams. The role is a mix of day to day management and asset management. You will also be responsible for onboarding new properties when the clients purchase them.
This is a client facing role and you will deal directly with the property companies and high net worth individuals.
For this role you will ideally working in property management or have worked in property management.
