Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Farringdon/London (although we are currently working from home)
Salary c£90,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) plus car allowance of £5055 per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as Head of Development and Delivery, where you’ll lead our regional development programme for the South of England. You will support us in our strategic priority to build the right homes, in the right places for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark, delivering our new homes mixed tenure development programme from inception to completion. You’ll be ensuring that an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery.
Working collaboratively with your team, you’ll lead our development programme from strategy, to site identification, sale/rent through to aftercare. You’ll ensure a commercially viable development programme, carefully managing income and expenditure, identifying new opportunities and progressing schemes which include joint ventures with developers and contractors. Brilliant opportunity for you to make your mark, ensuring our new homes programme is innovative, market leading, drives growth and surplus as well as providing value for our customers.
You’ll report to Will, our Director of Development who is passionate about delivering market leading homes of the highest quality for our customers.

A bit about you
It goes without saying that you’ll have a relevant degree or equivalent and significant experience within the housing sector. A relevant professional qualification such as CIOH, RICS, CIOB would also be a benefit. You’ll have brilliant knowledge and experience in managing the end-to-end development process from opportunity identification, option analysis, master planning, design, delivery, sales and aftercare. You’ll really impress us with your credibility in the sector, proven skills to lead change, drive continuous improvements and innovation. You’ll have strong skills in developing business plans, influencing strategy and managing P&L. You will need to be adept at unleashing the potential of your team, making it a great place to work for colleagues.
