Carriera has been retained to secure a chartered building surveyor with aspirations to develop their career working for a privately-owned boutique consultancy, working exclusively with a network of high profiled clients.
Our client is a trusted advisor to many in delivering project management and building consultancy services, across the commercial, retail, hotel, and high-end residential space. Founded in 2017 by an extremely talented and very successful industry professional. The business has exceeded expectations and financials year on year and is now looking to appoint a chartered building surveyor to support the increase within the demand for their services.
The business is 21 strong and is made up of five partners, a handful of associates and senior/chartered building surveyors, as well as APC graduates and support staff. The partners are actively involved and work closely with the team, encouraging togetherness and a great sense of cooperation within the workplace.
The role will be project-focused and will include elements of professional services as of when needed. The culture will be working to the highest of standards within a flexible working environment, ensuring that you are continuously raising the bar when it comes to delivery and providing professional advice.
The person we are looking for will be MRICS, have a relevant RICS accredited degree in building surveying with proven knowledge and experience in delivering project and professional duties. You will be introduced to their clients and will be expected to nurture and develop these relationships. It is imperative that you have the drive, passion, and confidence with your approach and decision makings.
