This building surveying and project management practice are based near Holborn and have been established for over 8 years. Clients they work with include but are not limited to pension funds, investors, retailers, residential conversions and warehouses.
Their presence within the London market has grown significantly and despite the uncertainty in the past year, they have enjoyed solid financial performance and have exceeded profit levels. They are now looking to secure a chartered building surveyor who wants quality instructions, an autonomous role and flexibility in their working arrangements.
The role will be project bias and will see the successful surveyor supporting the Director on a range of instructions valued up to £10m. Some of your day to day duties may also consist of TDD, dilapidations, project design and specification as well as PPM.

To be considered for this position you must be a driven individual, with commercial experience, MRICS with 2-5 years PQE. You will need to be confident within a client facing role and also in your abilities, giving clients confidence that you are a capable trusted advisor. You must have the passion and drive to help grow the business and help continue their successes.
In return, you will be given a solid basic, pension, healthcare and a rewarding bonus with typical payments of 20%. The firm is flexible in terms of working which you will have the ability to work from home as you need and utilise the offices for your days in town.
