Senior Building Surveyor

We are recruiting for a graduate building surveyor with public sector experience, to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in London Waterloo.

Employing over 200 staff with offices situated throughout the South East of England. Our client has sustained a well-respected reputation within the public & private sectors, delivering a wide variety of services ranging from building surveying, through to project management, FM and design.

The opportunity has come about due to several successful bids sufficing within the public sector and number of new enquiries within the private sector. As a result, they are now looking to bring on board a graduate building surveyor to help deliver, grow and become a key appointment in the service line.

You will report directly into the lead, delivering project and professional services ranging from contract administration through to surveys, party wall, dilapidations, structural defects and more. You will encompass clients ranging from local authorities, through social housing providers, primary, secondary schools as well as university and a mix of private clients in the commercial and residential space.

This is the perfect opportunity for those progressing their APC, as you will get the first-hand support from the associate director as well as the diversity in work to tackle your competencies.

You must be a driven and hard-working graduate building surveyor, who has a minimum of 12 - 18 months experience. You will have a RICS accredited degree, are passionate about building surveying, and are enrolled or looking to enroll on the APC Building Surveying pathway.
