Consultancy
We are seeking an Architect to join a small team within a multidisciplinary consultancy in their Kent office. This Architect will be working on a variety of projects providing full architectural support.
This consultancy maintains a spread of projects across all public and private sector markets from £500k to £500m and have seven offices across the UK with delivery capacity overseas as well.
Day to day:
- Design Development
- Production Information
- Creating presentation drawings
- 3D visuals / renders
You:
- Exemption from or successfully completed studies providing exemption from Parts 1, 2 and 3 of RIBA Architectural training.
- ARB member (refer to explicit criteria which allow ARB membership)
- Ability to undertake and manage both small and larger scale projects
- Proficient in Autocad and REVIT
- Relevant experience of project delivery across all RIBA work stages
- Relevant experience working in architectural practice in the UK
- Relevant experience of preparing and presenting client presentations and briefings
- Technically proficient and have detailed construction knowledge
- Ability to visualise, illustrate and present ideas clearly
- An ability and willingness to manage and/or support the training and development of junior team members
