The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford City Council as part of the Regeneration and Development team to provide leadership to capital projects ranging from large scale mixed use regeneration to infrastructure schemes. We are recruiting for two roles as part of Oxford’s Regeneration and Development team. Both roles will be varied and involve engaging with communities, developing business cases, drafting funding bids, project managing the direct delivery of capital projects and working internal/external/community partners.

We have an ambitious capital programme that are important in delivering the council’s corporate objectives including fostering an inclusive economy, delivering more affordable housing, supporting healthy vibrant communities and pursuing a zero-carbon Oxford. Our regeneration managers work across the council and with external stakeholders to deliver complex capital projects that are not only delivered to time and budget but also are approached in a way to maximise the benefits to the city’s residents and businesses.
