Job Details
Our client is open to either Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level applicants and thus is looking to offer a competitive base salary between £35-55k dependent on experience.
It is essential candidates are hold RICS Registered Valuer status with demonstratable experience of working across both Residential and Commercial assets for loan security and valuations for accounting purposes.
Candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism with good communication are essential in the personal skillset.
Our client is looking to move quickly for the right profile.
