Portfolio Head of Project

Permanent opportunity for portfolio head of projects, looking after projects in the North West.

Your new company
A large management company looking for a head of projects to look after projects in the built environment across the North West.

Your new role
Reporting directly into the operational director you will be the key driver in helping to develop a strategy and explore all opportunities within the built environment. It will be your responsibility to make sure all projects are delivered in a cost effective manner and within the time frame discussed.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a good background in project management as well as people management. Experience working in a senior or director level position with experience of delivering profit and loss of projects.
Degree qualified with chartership status with CIOB/ CIBSE.
