Job Details
A forward thinking, innovative property consultancy in central Manchester is actively looking to expand through appointing a Senior Building Surveyor to join their close knit building consultancy team.
This would suit a Senior Building Surveyor with a strong background across a wide range of instruction and experience in liaising with clients across all stages of the property lifecycle.
The Role of the Senior Building Surveyor?
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on a mix of both project and professional instructions on a variety of property types. Typical instructions could include:
- Technical due diligence
- Dilapidations (both landlord and tenant)
- Project management
- Pre-acquisition surveys
The Company?
A privately owned, multi-disciplined consultancy, you would be joining a team of 7 Building surveyors ranging from graduates through to Partners that work collaboratively to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service.
There are plenty of opportunities to further develop your career through the consultancy be that progressing toward a more leadership heavy role or a service delivery focus the team and partners of the business actively support the staff and energise them to get the most out of their careers and personal lives.
The Chartered Building Surveyor?
- Ideally MRICS, but not essential
- Previously worked with a commercial consultancy is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience across a broad range of project and professional services is advantageous
