About the Role
One of our clients, an independent, panel appointed practice with national coverage, seeks a number of additional surveyors and can assist those with transferable skill (as opposed to direct) by offering transitional training via an in-house training manager.
Suitable Surveyors will be MRICS / FRICS or AssocRICS with VRS (or immediate eligibility to register under the scheme) with a background in either Valuation, Inspection, Loss Adjusting or Building Surveying and a keen interest in the residential market generally.

Once in post, successful Surveyors will undergo a period of coaching with an experienced residential surveyor whilst learning lender reporting formats with a dedicated training manager leading to eventual autonomy and their own patch of postcodes.
Newly training / autonomous fee-earning Residential Surveyors can expect a basic salary in the region of £45k with a car allowance and uncapped bonuses enabling earnings in excess of £70k+ in some locations.
*Please note that these positions cater for existing surveyors (AssocRICS / MRICS) with transferable skill sets, they are not suitable for graduates.
