Property Services Manager
Salary Scale: £32,118-£39,560

The postholder will assist the Head of Property Services in the provision of estate management, property development and acquisition and surplus property disposal services.
The role will include maintenance of property database information, management and administration of all leases, including processing the payment of rent, service charge, rates and other associated costs.
The postholder will undertake tasks delegated by the Head of Property Services, contributing to the provision of property advice to planners and managers throughout NHS Lanarkshire.
Applicants require a degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge of general practice surveying or estate and property management gained through both work experience and continuous professional development.
Knowledge and experience of property surveying and estate management is essential.
The post holder will be required to manage a varied workload and be responsive and adaptive to requirements placed on Property Service by the Board, internal and external stakeholders and advisers and should have sufficient experience and knowledge to act with autonomy.
Sufficient knowledge/experience to support the Head of Property Services in the provision of analysis and guidance to the Director of PSSD and the Board, and in the appointment, instruction and management of expert advisors is required. The post holder will have the specialist knowledge/experience to deal with the various parties to a property transaction.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to plan and coordinate input from others and interpret complex data, technical information and property plans are essential.
A valid driving licence is required.
