An award winning multi-discipline practice is looking to add a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to their team.

My client is a dynamic organisation who have over eight offices located across the UK. The organisation is a dominant force in the construction industry and provides accurate advice to exclusive clientele across the built environment. The practice has a reputable reputation in the market and are the 'go to' construction firm in the Leicester and Midlands area.

An opportunity has arisen for a business minded Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to join the Leicester office. You will work alongside the current Partners developing and retaining new and existing clients. This is a traditional building surveying role which will encompass both professional and project disciplines.

The consultancy works across the commercial, residential, industrial, retail and education sectors. They are currently managing exclusive projects with values ranging up to £7million. We are seeking a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor who has proven experience in leading programmes from inception to completion whilst managing external stakeholder relationships.

About the Senior/Associate Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven business development experience
• Good client management skills
• Proven fee earner
• Good technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
