Job Details

A leading Property Development and Investment company are looking for an Assistant Estates Manager to join the team and support the Estates Manager. Their portfolio includes UK retail, Central London offices and prime Residential, offering Property, Facilities and Asset Management services. This particular Estate where this role will take place is in Central London across a 13-acre mixed-use campus and will involve a 5 day working week, with one of those days being a Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as first point of contact for occupiers in relation to reporting faults, car parking issues and other basic enquires regarding the estate
  • Facilities the production and management of the campus' service charge budgets
  • Ensure Health & Safety, emergency procedures and safe working practices are enforced
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of the campus events programme
  • Deliver the waste management strategy
  • Build effective relationships with the retail occupiers
  • Regularly review and monitor the retail operation and compliance
About You:
  • Ideally 2+ years in a similar position, managing a similar mixed-use estate
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Experience of Health & Safety and Contract Management
  • Ability to work on your own and use own initiative
  • Ability to provide solution and be innovative
  • Being IOSH Managing Safely qualified is desired, but not essential.
