The successful candidate will be an experience development manager (MRICS) ideally from a PE/Operator or PBSA/BTR/Co-living specific developer background.
This London based private developer focused on the build to rent, student, hotel and co-living sectors are currently looking to recruit a Senior DM or DM within their team. Specialists in sourcing and developing mixed commercial and residential sites my client partners with institutional investors to deliver end to end property development solutions for commercial end users. Construction team in house to assist with the delivery of projects
Strong opportunity to gain broad exposure on projects within the sectors mentioned above - primarily London based projects. This is a front-end focused development role where the DM will be working with private equity partners to deliver long term institutional assets.
Take a leading role on projects within the development team from feasibility and acquisition through to planning and design. Front-end development role - modelling, acquisition, planning, funding. Structuring forward funding deals with institutional partners to fund various London development projects. Undertaking development appraisals, managing consultant teams and securing planning permissions for new sites.
The successful candidate will be RICS qualified and possess 5+ years' of experience in the residential development sector ideally with a focus on PBSA/BTR or Co-living. A track record in delivery of relevant development opportunities and successfully negotiating and managing all aspects of the acquisition, development, leasing and disposal process is required along with a sound technical understanding of the development process.
