NEW JOB - Contract role for a Buy Back Surveyor to join well established team in local authority, Herts.
Buy Back Surveyor
Immediate Start Available
3 Month Minimum Contract Role
- To have Professional / technical qualification and evidence of continuous personal development and training.
- Awareness of planning legislation, building regulations and health and safety (inc. work place H&S) regulations.
- An ability to make technical decisions and problem solve whilst ensuring value for money is delivered.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, MS Publisher and PowerPoint and of asset management databases.
- Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and understand/meet deadlines
