Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Partner of an award-winning, medium sized Quantity Surveying practise, is now seeking an organised, hands on and client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join their team in Manchester.

Based a 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an extremely forward-thinking and supportive Consultancy.

The Company

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation with over 70 years experience, with a combination of Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Project Managers.

With an extensive background in a myriad of sectors, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be immediately supporting High End Residential, Social Housing, Commercial and Healthcare. Mainly Post contract, however Pre contract duties will be required.

This dedicated Quantity Surveying practise provide a strong and professional service, from their diverse and focussed offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Cambridge and London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 8 years Quantity Surveying work experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• An understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
• Client facing
• PQS experience
• Eagerness to build relationships
• Experience running own projects
• An openess to various other sectors
