Blayze Group are pleased to be working with a fast growing and entrepreneurial investment manager based in London in the search for a Head of Commercial Real Estate.
With over £1bil funds under management across a range of sectors, the company has been investing in UK businesses for over three decades. The Head of Commercial Real Estate will play a key role in the planning and delivery of the company's commercial credit activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior role, a strong origination background and a proven track record in the structuring and execution of commercial real estate lending deals. The incumbent will report directly into the Partner, and will have the opportunity to take ownership of, and grow the fund.
We are looking for a strategic thinker and commercial minded individual, who is keen to join a collegiate, yet competitive business.
The company will offer an attractive remuneration package (experience dependant) and company benefits.
