GP surveyor required for a large local authority to oversee estates management for a portfolio.

You will be working for one of the largest and most diverse local authorities on the West Midlands.
Your new role
As a chartered Surveyor, you will report into the Head of Property Management, and be responsible for the day to day estates management of a portfolio of customers who are in the Community / Charity portfolio.
The portfolio has approx. 100-150 sites that are ear marked for their social value / charity or community clients.
You will be responsible for valuations, lease renewals, selection of new tenants for this portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a MRICS chartered surveyor and ideally have worked in either local authority or the charity sector.
You will be socially aware and sensitive to the needs of the charity and social community sector to ensure a good fit for the portfolio.
What you'll get in return
You will lead on the community portfolio and be responsible for the day to day management of the portfolio. There is a long term 6 month assignment on offer.
Flexibility to work WFH at the moment.
