£30,000-£40,000 + Company Car + Benefits

A residential UK Housebuilder is looking to appoint an Assistant Land Manager to join a highly successful Land Acquisition & Development team to continue their expansion and growth across the South Midlands regions including regional growth within the likes of towns in Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Land and Property professional to join a Blue Chip organisation and propel their career within Land Acquisition and Management. We are looking to speak to candidates with relevant Real Estate, Property degree and at least 1-2 years experience within an organisation that involves residential land and property. You could have worked for an agency, RSL Housing association, property developer. Ideally, we are looking to speak to candidates that possess strong enthusiasm and drive to further develop their career within land and would benefit from having strong technical support to nurture and develop their technical skills and knowledge in land and planning and development.
