Job Details

A national building consultancy with a modern approach to Surveying are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with project monitoring experience to join their expanding team in Surrey and/or London.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a client facing, lead Quantity Surveying/Project Monitoring role on an array of residential and commercial projects providing technical advice to clients and monitoring projects through the construction life cycle.

The Directors are initially looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has the personality and ambition to grow into an Associate role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Preferably MRICS
  • Project Monitoring experience
  • Comfortable advising on technical issues
  • Residential or Commercial sector experience
  • Driving licence
