Valuation/ Estate Surveyor


Large Busy City Council have an immediate need for Interim Valuation and Estate Asset Surveyors.


Job Purpose

* A robust, professional, commercial property and asset valuation service meeting all statutory duties.
* Professional project work including investments, acquisitions, and disposals in accordance with policy.
* Robust monitoring, reporting standards and management of high-quality land and property data sources.


About You
MRICS is essential and RV ideal.

Extensive experience in commercial property and/or estates management and/or urban estate management in a mufti-site environment, Substantial experience in providing Book Asset Valuations to meet relevant standards
Considerable experience in the day-today management of a commercial, operational, development, investment, acquisition and disposal portfolio of land and property assets.
Negotiating leases/letting and acquisitions, investments and disposals with regard to ensuring optimum return.
Experience of the planning system in relation to enabling development


Knowledge
Recognised experience in leading in a commercial or corporate real estate property portfolio, acquisitions, disposals, and investment


Applications are welcome as long as you have a minimum of 5 years experience and have relevant experience and are MRICS.

This contract is inside IR 35 and for 6 months. Working from home with infrequent visits to Leicester. £210 per day Umbrella.
