Senior Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has been presented for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-regarded construction consultancy in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor to join a hugely successful team and help build the quantity surveying offering.

The role

The successful candidate will be working on a selection of projects within the high-end residential, heritage, commercial and education sectors. You will be working with a variety of high profile clients, including renowned developers, high-net worth individuals and landed estates.

It is essential that you will have experience within a UK property / construction consultancy and experience of leading projects circa £10+ million from pre to post contract. You must have excellent communication skills and will ideally be MRICS but it is not essential.
